U.S. Secretary of the Navy Richard Spencer on Saturday denied a report he had threatened to resign if President Donald Trump intervened in the case of Edward Gallagher, and said he works at the pleasure of the president. He also said Rear Adm. Collin Green also had not threatened to resign.
