Author and Street Nurse hopes to use her new novel to highlight a housing crisis

Cathy Crowe has been a Street Nurse for more than 30 years. Her new book ‘A Knapsack Full of Dreams” highlights her experiences and calls for a national housing program to fix a housing and homelessness problem she says is getting worse year after year.
