Terrebonne family speaks out over need for better palliative care

Caroline Dupuis’ mother died in June, just hours after receiving an injection and being released from a Laval hospital. The family was told there were no palliative care beds available, but as Anne Leclair reports, one malpractice lawyer claims the hospital broke the law that day by sending the patient home.
