Jim Jordan exchanged words with U.S. ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor on Wednesday over Taylor testifying it was his “clear understanding” military aid to Ukraine would be held up until it would conduct an investigation into the Bidens. Jordan claimed Taylor’s understanding was “obviously wrong.”
