We are still over a month away from the official start of winter but it didn’t look or feel like that on Tuesday. Peterborough residents woke up to snow blanketed cars, sidewalks and driveways. The area received close to 10 cm of snow. Our Katrina Squazzin tells us how locals and businesses are dealing with the first blast of winter weather.
