Metro Vancouver accountant says he’s looked at the financial impact of birth tourism in Canada

Birth tourism is when pregnant women travel to a foreign country in order to give birth, guaranteeing their baby citizenship. David Chen claims to have looked at how much money it brings into the country, and says it’s a lot more than you’d think. Paul Johnson reports.
