Senator Doug Black talks about minority government, lack of Liberal representative in Alberta

Following the federal election, Canada now has a minority government. Furthermore, there is no Liberal representative in Alberta. Senator Doug Black is part of the newly formed Canadian Senator’s group and says Alberta and Ottawa have “likely not been further apart in my memory.” He talks about what he has to do now as an elected Senator.
