With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Andy Beshear, the state’s Attorney General and the son of Kentucky’s last Democratic Governor, Steve Beshear, had a lead of just over 5,000 votes over Republican Governor Matt Bevin. Governor Bevin has refused to concede, hinting there might be irregularities to investigate.
