Six months after the devastating spring floods that damaged thousands of homes in Ste-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, the majority of victims are still waiting for compensation. Quebec’s public security minister visited the municipality on Monday to touch base with officials on site. As Gloria Henriquez reports, a handful of angry flood victims were waiting to send the government their message.
