Six partners of the Community Economic Development Initiative signed a Friendship Accord

Curve Lake First Nation, Hiawatha First Nation, Peterborough County, Selwyn Township, Otonabee-South Monaghan Township and Peterborough and Kawarthas Economic Development attended the ceremony on Saturday at Lang Pioneer Village in Keene.

The accord will provide a framework that will allow each partner to enhance and honour one another’s historical, political, economic, social and cultural relationships.
