Thirteen years in the making and the rehabilitation of the Millbrook dam is officially complete. On Friday dignitaries, community members and others gathered at the site of the refreshed waterway. Close to $14 million was spent on the project next to Needler’s Mill. As well the spillway and earthen berm around the dam were replaced with guidance from Otonabee Conservation.
