The Family Resource Centre in Pierrefonds has relied on a grant through the federal Public Safety Department’s crime prevention strategy. Their funding ended on Oct. 14 and as Global’s Dan Spector explains, if more funding doesn’t come through, the organization will be forced to close its doors.
