Trump nominee breaks down during questioning on LGBTQ record

U.S. President Donald Trump’s nominee for the U.S. Federal Judiciary, Lawrence VanDyke, broke down during questioning about his record on LGBTQ rights, telling members of the Senate Judiciary Committee that he “wouldn’t have allowed himself to be nominated” if he couldn’t issue rulings without bias.
