It has been 15 months since 17-year-old Riley Fairholm was gunned down by police. 15 months that his mother has been searching for answers. Earlier this week, the Quebec Crown prosecutor’s office declined to press charges against the SQ officers involved in the shooting, stating that the proper procedures were followed.
