NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh told reporters Wednesday that his party is proposing a universal Pharmacare program and is also asking the Liberal government to drop its appeal in the Human Rights Tribunal ruling which was ordering Ottawa to pay billions of dollars in compensation to First Nations children and their families.
