California wildfires grow overnight, high winds a concern

California is bracing for a powerful new round of Santa Ana winds, threatening to fan the 17 fires raging across the state. More than 38,000 hectares have been burned, and there’s a huge risk of new outbreaks. As Robin Gill reports, fire crews have a small window to try to gain the upper hand.
