Local police advising parents and caregivers to be cautious of edibles during Halloween

With the legalization of cannabis reaching its second phase this month, edibles and THC infused products will be introduced to the marketplace. As Jesse Thomas reports, police say in some cases it’s difficult to determine the difference cannabis edibles and candy.
