Federal Election 2019: May says parties should ‘check their bank account’ before bringing down government

Green Party Leader Elizabeth May said Thursday that if any opposition party is thinking about defeating a minority government “on principle,” they should “check their bank account” before thinking of heading to another election. She added the Greens would play the role of the “conscience of Parliament.”
