Political scientist Duane Bratt weighs in on Alberta budget 2019: ‘This was not a shock’

University of Calgary political scientist Duane Bratt said the provincial budget tabled Thursday was “not a shock.” He said spending for education and health care was mostly protected, but that means huge cuts to other programs, such as agriculture and transportation.
