Federal Election 2019: Scheer says Conservatives raised alarm about election meddling from ‘advocacy groups’

Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer said his party raised the possibility of “foreign funds coming into Canada through advocacy groups” to the Liberals and that he was “disappointed the Liberal government did not take this seriously.”
