Halifax schools see increasing number of classes exceeding student cap

Now that students and teachers have settled into another school year, information on schools meeting and exceeding classroom caps has been published. As Alexa MacLean reports, while the majority of classes within the Halifax regional fall within the cap range some schools have grades where more than half of the classes are over the limit.
