Peterborough council votes to fund new emergency shelter

The city of Peterborough says it’s willing to spend $248,000 to help pay for a temporary emergency shelter.
It will be in the dining hall of at Murray Street Baptist church.
But there’s a hitch; it won’t be ready until January. Dan Nyznik has the story.
