Federal Election 2019: Scheer asks for civility after audience member at event calls Trudeau ‘half-Cuban’

After saying he has travelled personally on his Canadian passport, when asked about travel to the U.S. as a citizen without a valid U.S. passport, he asked the audience at his event in Essex, Ont. to be civil and focus on issues when someone shouted that Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau was “half-Cuban.”
