It’s the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and we’re giving due respect to turkey leftovers, courtesy of Chef Kevin McKenna. He’s known for many culinary accomplishments, most recently, becoming Executive Chef & Restaurant Manager for the Fleming College School of Trades, Tech & Business.
McKenna will lead you through food safety of turkey leftovers through to making them the crowning glory of your next meal, as opposed to an afterthought. Vegan and gluten-free viewers included.
