Hamilton student speaks out about school yard incident allegedly involving weapons

Hamilton police say officers have arrested and charged two teens in connection with a school yard incident that allegedly involved a hatchet and a pocket knife on Friday. As Morganne Campbell reports, the alleged victim in the case says this isn’t the first time a weapon has been pulled on him this school year.
