Video captures closer moment of Manchester stabbing suspect’s arrest

Terry Ashworth witnessed a man being arrested after several people were stabbed in a shopping centre in Manchester, U.K. In a video taken at the scene, the man can be seen lying on the pavement yelling loudly as police restrain him. He tells the police to “f*** off” and calls one a “pale-faced honky.”
