Saint-Lazare residents upset after receiving public notice

A public notice was hand delivered to residents who live near Pearl’s Pond in Saint-Lazare. The area, which was hit by flooding last spring, will have a new drainage system installed. While the city will pay for the labour, the residents were told they had to provide the supplies.
