A public notice was hand delivered to residents who live near Pearl’s Pond in Saint-Lazare. The area, which was hit by flooding last spring, will have a new drainage system installed. While the city will pay for the labour, the residents were told they had to provide the supplies. As Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines explains, the citizens had so many questions that the project has been put on hold.
