B.C. father says more action needed to stop bullying

The murder of Hamilton, Ontario teenager Devan Selvey hits close to home for Reena Virk’s family. In 1997, a group of teens viciously beat and drowned her at a bridge in Saanich, British Columbia. As Heather Yourex-West explains, Virk’s father says little progress has been made to combat bullying in Canada since his daughter’s death.
