Hamilton police say they have ‘expectation’ witnesses will come forward

Police said on Wednesday they would not have encouraged witnesses “to get in the middle of something where they might get hurt,” but they have an “expectation” that witnesses to the fatal stabbing of a 14-year-old Hamilton boy would reach out to police.
