Leaders’ Debate: Asked about flooding in Quebec and Ontario, Bernier says that’s ‘weather’ not ‘climate’

Asked his thoughts on the impact of climate change in regards to recent floods in Quebec and Ontario, People’s Party Leader Maxime Bernier responded by saying they were talking about “the weather, not climate” and said he wants a debate about climate change, saying he does not believe the main reason is human activity.
