Low rainfall across eight municipalities has one Peterborough farmer’s crops “suffering”

Back in September, the Otonabee Conservation recorded lower than normal rainfall levels in Peterborough and seven other municipalities. While residents were asked to conserve water back then, ORCA says now the situation has become more severe. Noor Ibrahim finds out who’s affected.
