The days are getting colder and those who continue to camp out in Peterborough are now having to brave the elements.
People who moved their tents onto Emmanuel United Church’s property last month were asked to pack up and leave by Tuesday morning.
But not everyone has done that. So what happens now? Mayor Diane Therrien outlines some plans.
