Peterborough reverend allowed homeless to camp on church property

For weeks, Rev. Don Uhryniw has allowed for homeless people to camp on the property of Emmanuel United Church in Peterborough.
As the weather turns colder, and the church’s safety deadline has passed, people in tents are still looking for a place to live.
