Some Montreal co-op buildings riddled with more than just mould

Housing advocates say the law governing co-op housing in Montreal needs to be overhauled. They say the people who run them very often have no experience on how to run a building and often run into trouble. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, that sometimes leads buildings to fall in to disrepair.
