Federal Election 2019: Singh says he would put proportional representation in place for 2 terms, then get public input

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said Sunday in Surrey, B.C. he would put proportional representation voting in place if elected for two terms without a referendum, then would get public input on how they felt it worked.
