Federal Election 2019: Singh won’t say if NDP has target for balanced budget, says they’ll ‘invest in people’

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh says they would take a “serious approach” in budgeting their platform and said it would include a “super well” tax to make the “ultra rich pay their fair share,” but did not specify if the party has a plan to get back to balance, instead saying their plan was to invest in people.
