Federal Election 2019: Conservatives to eliminate Canada Infrastructure Bank if elected

Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer said on Sept. 27 that if elected Prime Minister of Canada, he would eliminate the Canada Infrastructure Bank, which he called a “$35-billion failure” by the Trudeau government.
