Federal Election 2019: Singh says he’ll ‘open up’ cellphone lines to competitors

During a town hall in Nanaimo, B.C., on Thursday, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said if elected he would open up cellphone lines that are currently restricted by the Canadian telecom companies that own them. Doing so, he said, would help “bring prices down.”
