A new poll by Ipsos done exclusively for Global News found that climate change is the third most important issue in the federal election campaign for voters, but nearly half of Canadians aren’t willing to spend anything, such as through taxation, to fight it. Ipsos also found two-thirds of Canadians believe they’ll pay more due to a national carbon tax.
