Parc de L’ouest project hits roadblock as developers take city to court

Mayor Valerie Plante and the City of Montreal are coming underfire. Three real estate developers claim the Mayor’s plan to create the Parc de L’ouest has killed a proposed development project in the West Island. As Global’s Tim Sargeant explains, the developers are seeking $175 million in damages.
