Commemorating Rowan’s Law Day in Peterborough

Rowan Stringer was just 17 years old when she died in 2013.
She landed on her head during a high school rugby match in Ottawa.
Four years later the Ontario government passed Rowan’s law to help make sport safer.
As Dan Nyznik reports, it seems to be making a difference.
