A growing election issue here in B.C. is birth tourism –women coming to Canada to have their babies and guarantee their children Canadian citizenship. The overall numbers still relatively small but growing significantly. Although not all non-resident births are birth tourism, Global’s Paul Johnson travelled to Richmond to see what the candidates are saying about the issue.
