Federal Election 2019: Trudeau says he’ll always stand against discrimination ‘at home and on world stage’

Speaking during a campaign announcement in Toronto, Ont., on Friday, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau apologized to racialized Canadians hurt by what he called the “terrible choices” he made many years ago and said he will “always stand against discrimination at home and on the world stage.”
