Saint John Sea Dogs hope 2019/20 will be a growth year

The Saint John Sea Dogs have let it be known they have been losing money consistently over the past number of seasons. As Andrew Cromwell reports, there is hope the Dogs are about to enter another growth phase as they eye hosting the Memorial Cup in three years.
