Schiff: DOJ ‘made unprecedented decision’ not to share whistleblower complaint with Congress

Speaking after a House Intelligence Committee briefing with the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, Rep. Adam Schiff said the Department of Justice was “involved in the decision to withold” the whistleblower complaint from Congress.
