Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer announced in Hamilton, Ontario Wednesday that if elected, his government would cancel at least 1.5 billion dollars in “taxpayers’ handouts” to wealthy executives, shareholders, and foreign companies annually, re-directed the savings to “put money in Canadians’ pockets.”
