Federal Election 2019: NDP’s dental care plan would cost $560 million in first year

NDP leader Jagmeet Singh said on Sept. 18 that his plan for government-funded dental care for people with household incomes under $70k in Canada would cost $560 million during the first year of the program’s implementation, increasing each year, eventually “stabilizing” to around $860 million.
