Federal Election 2019: Singh says he’ll introduce federal foreign buyers’ tax if elected

During a town hall in Sudbury, Ont., on Tuesday, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said he’d impose a federal foreign buyers’ tax if elected prime minister, to stop foreign buyers from “using housing like a stock.”
