Federal Election 2019: Scheer says government shouldn’t impose values test

Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer weighed in on Quebec’s plan to require immigrants to take a “values test” saying he doesn’t believe “it’s up to the government to … implement some type of test on what people might believe.”
