Water vapour found on exoplanet twice the size of Earth

For the first time ever, scientists have detected water vapour in the atmosphere of a distant exoplanet outside the Milky Way. As Eric Sorensen reports, researchers can study K2-18b’s atmosphere to gain insight into the possibility of life on another planet.
